Osteria di Bacco is linked to Osteria traditional wine and family kitchen places that you can find in italian small villages and town.
Bacco is the Ancient Roman God of wine and the Osteria’s logo is the masterpiece paint of Caravaggio: *Bacco* painted in 1596/97 to be a present for Cosimo II De Medici, lord of Florence.God Bacco is protecting all people that enjoy wines.Our goal is to serve different italian traditional dishes token from regional receipts and cooked following the original taste.
We make home made pasta as Fettuccine, Ravioli and Agnolotti with a variety of fillings: from speck&taleggio to melanzane,parmesan&bacon or fish and orange.Our pastas are done in italian style *al dente* with wide selection of different home made sauces: from pesto Linguine to Spaghetti alla bolognese, from seafood Fettuccine to wild mushrooms&taleggio Tagliatelle arriving to classical Spaghetti alla carbonara and Bucatini all’amatriciana.Our pizzas are made into a lavic stones pizza oven in truly italian style, thin and crispy, and served on wooden dish.Meat, especially veal and lamb, is coming from estonian local farmers and is grilled and served to preserve original meat taste.Our Meat masterpiece is the T-Bone steak served with grilled vegetables and fried potatoes on a wooden dish, just with a hint of extra-virgin olive oil from Puglia region and sea salt from Sicilia.Fish, as Calamari, Salmon, Clams is made under tasty family receipts from Liguria to Sicily.Desserts are done every week and Zuccotto (special Bacco’s receipt with mascarpone, cream, mix of nuts and glazed with dark chocolate) is our masterpiece followed by Tiramisu’ and Grandma’ nuts&chocolate cake passing trought Crostata all’arancia&mascarpone.Wines are selected from different regions, especially from small cellars, with Chianti’s and Brunello’s, Barolo and Dolcetto d’Alba, Pinot grigio and Verdicchio, going south with Nergroamaro and Nero d’Avola.Sparkling wines are opened by Prosecco passing to Brut and sweet Moscato.
